attentive staff good shapes watchful lifeguard dated room powdered milk poor bedding
Ahmed in the restaurant ensured we had a table and was very attentive during our meals. Ibrahim, our cleaner, made good shapes out of towels. Mahmoud, the lifeguard, assisted us with finding beds by the pool and watched over our children.
The room felt a bit outdated , as it lacked dressing gowns. I found the powdered milk to be of poor quality. The bedding also didn't meet my expectations for a luxury hotel.

fantastic stay!
well-planned resort excellent service relaxing pool
The resort is well-planned and maintained. service was excellent for most of my stay. the aquapark provided so much fun for me and my kids. the main swimming pool is very relaxing. It had clear water.
I noticed the reception staff seemed quite disinterested at times. this happened during check-in, even though i arrived via private taxi instead of a coach. i found that uninformative. I would have liked more assistance.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beach. It runs on schedule all day. the ride takes only five minutes. the beach is nice and you can get regular drinks there. I appreciated that.
